Refund Eligibility

• Cancellations by Participant:
• Full Refund: If you cancel your participation more than 36 hours before the event start time, you are eligible for a full refund of your registration fee.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 36–24 hours before the event start time will be eligible for a 50% refund to account for the administrative and organizational costs incurred.
• No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hrs before the event start time, as your spot could have been offered to another participant.

• Cancellations by Aifly Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd.:
• In the unlikely event that Aifly Technology Solutions Private Limited must cancel an event, all registered participants will receive a full refund, irrespective of the cancellation notice period.

Non-Refundable Situations

No-shows: Participants who fail to log in and participate in the event without prior cancellation notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Disqualifications: Participants who are disqualified due to non-compliance with the event's rules and regulations will not be eligible for a refund.
